Taylor Swift continues to show her unwavering support for boyfriend Travis Kelce, both on and off the football field. According to Garcelle Beauvais, who is set to appear as a contestant on Kelce’s new game show, “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?,” the pop superstar made a special visit to the set to cheer him on.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Beauvais revealed, “She did come on set,” referring to the “Fortnight” singer’s surprise appearance. Although Beauvais didn’t get to see Swift in person during filming, she expressed her admiration for Swift’s gesture, calling it “really sweet.”
The new Prime Video series, “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?,” is a fresh spin on the popular game show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?,” which originally aired from 2007 to 2015 with Jeff Foxworthy as the host. The show was later revived by Nickelodeon in 2019, hosted by John Cena. Now, Kelce takes on the challenge of hosting in this celebrity-focused version, bringing his own flair to the role.
When asked about Kelce’s performance as a host, Beauvais had nothing but praise for the NFL star. “He did a fantastic job,” she said. “As a game show host, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he didn’t overdo it, he didn’t undersell it. He was himself, he had fun, and it was great.” Beauvais also humorously noted how Kelce’s good looks caught the attention of everyone on set. “My glam team was like, ‘Oh my God, he’s fine.’ Everyone on set was like, ‘He’s so fine,’” she laughed, before adding, “I don’t want the Swifties coming for me, though!”
Kelce’s new show will feature a variety of celebrities, including “Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent, Sophia Stallone, Nikki Glaser, and Chad Johnson, all competing in the fun and challenging game.
Swift’s visit to the set is a reciprocal gesture after Kelce spent much of his summer traveling abroad to support her during the European leg of her Eras Tour. The NFL star returned to Kansas City last month to join his team for mandatory training camp as the 2024-25 football season approaches.

Meanwhile, Swift has been busy celebrating her own achievements. Her album “TTPD” recently soared back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking another milestone in her illustrious career. She has a packed schedule with upcoming shows in London through August 20, before resuming her U.S. tour on October 18, with performances in Miami, New Orleans, and Indianapolis.
With nearly two months off from touring, Swift will have plenty of time to support Kelce from the sidelines at Arrowhead Stadium during his football season. Kelce, who has been expanding his horizons beyond football, is not just sticking to game show hosting.
He’s also set to make his acting debut in Ryan Murphy’s new series “Grotesquerie,” which premieres on FX in September. His casting in the show was announced earlier this year in May, signaling Kelce’s growing presence in the entertainment world.
As both Swift and Kelce continue to excel in their respective careers, it’s clear that their support for each other remains strong, whether it’s in the studio, on stage, on the field, or on set.
