The seemingly never-ending trade saga of Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields continues.
Now, it’s being speculated that the Atlanta Falcons are the team most likely to acquire Fields, and that they have actually contacted the Bears about trading for him, according to NBC Sports Chicago.

“A league source told NBC Sports Chicago that the Falcons have checked in with the Bears about Fields. It’s unclear how far those conversations went but there’s reason to expect them to pick back up this week in Indianapolis.”
Many other teams have been linked to a trade involving Justin Fields including the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Bears own the first overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft, and USC quarterback Caleb WIlliams is fully expected to be the name called when that pick is made.
If the Bears do keep Fields, they will likely trade down and bypass selecting a quarterback with their first round pick.
If Fields does get traded, it is highly likely that the Bears use their first overall pick on Williams.
