Kylie Kelce spent the day following her husband, Jason Kelce, as he played golf at the American Century Championship, but she also took the time to interact with her own fans.
A video captured a sweet moment where Kylie was greeted by a trio of young girls—two of whom wore sweatshirts that read “Go Taylor’s Boyfriend” and one who sported a Kelce jersey. Kylie warmly complimented the girls on their attire.
The mother of the young fans mentioned that her daughters played field hockey, the same sport Kylie played in college. Kylie offered the girls some advice about the sport and then graciously took pictures with about four more groups before continuing down the course.

Meanwhile, her brother-in-law, Travis Kelce, had a challenging day on the course.
During the amateur round, he made several mistakes, including hitting multiple shots into the Lake Tahoe crowd. One of these errant shots struck a woman in her twenties in the back of the head, leaving her bloodied and in need of medical attention.
According to People, the incident occurred on the 16th hole at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. An eyewitness reported seeing streaks of blood in the woman’s blonde hair. Travis Kelce quickly walked into the crowd to check on her and later joked that taking a picture with her was the least he could do. Jason Kelce also checked on the woman, who was unsure which Kelce brother had hit the shot.
Paramedics arrived promptly to treat the woman, who remains unidentified. After sitting on the ground for several minutes, she was able to stand on her own and was transported off the course by staff. Play resumed shortly afterward. Spokespeople for the course and the tournament did not immediately respond to requests for further information.
Travis Kelce finished his first round tied with legendary pitcher Roger Clemens and SNL alum Colin Jost in 62nd place, a significant drop from his performance in 2023 when he won the tournament.
Interestingly, during a recent episode of their podcast, New Heights, Travis had given Jason some advice about the event. “This is my first time out in Lake Tahoe, do you have any advice?” Jason asked. “My advice would be don’t feel bad if you hit somebody because they bought the ticket,” Travis joked. “It’s a bunch of amateurs out there trying to play golf, so don’t feel bad. People have been hit before. They got EMTs, whatever it’s called, they got right there at every hole. Everybody will be fine.”
As it turned out, Travis’s prediction was accurate.
Not only did he hit the woman on the 16th hole, but another tee shot of his went into the crowd on the first hole, hitting a man in the arm. A video posted on X shows Kelce marching down the course with a sheriff before locating the fan, who was wearing a bright blue button-down shirt. Travis proceeded to shake the man’s hand and then leaned in to kiss his arm, an apologetic gesture met with laughs and cheers from the crowd at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
