Draft day has finally arrived!
Katya Kuropas, fiancée of J.J. McCarthy, recently marked the end of an important era with a touching Instagram post as they prepare to start a new chapter in their lives.
On Wednesday night, Kuropas posted several photos reflecting on her time in Ann Arbor, expressing gratitude and nostalgia for her experiences. “Extremely delayed but… Reminiscing on how amazing this past season was. An abundance of blessings and the best memories,” she wrote. “Feeling so grateful for everything that unfolded & for everyone that was part of it!! Sad to see this chapter go, but excited for the next one.”

McCarthy responded affectionately to her post, complimenting her as “drop dead gorgeous.”
With McCarthy anticipated to be a top-10 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, it won’t be long before the couple shares another significant milestone.
The pair, who have been together since high school, announced their engagement in January 2024 with a heartfelt post: “Me, You & Marley Forever & Ever.”
During his time at Michigan, McCarthy led his team to a national championship, showcasing his skill as a quarterback perfectly suited for Coach Jim Harbaugh’s system.
As McCarthy transitions to the NFL, he aims to prove himself as a franchise quarterback, embarking on this new journey with Kuropas by his side.
