Sophie Hall, the influencer who is suing NFL star Tyreek Hill for allegedly breaking her leg during a backyard football lesson, is intensifying her legal battle by demanding access to Hill’s private texts and home security footage.
Hall is pushing for Hill to hand over any private messages exchanged via platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or WhatsApp. She also seeks access to home security footage that may capture the incident at Hill’s Southwest Ranches, Florida mansion.
The plus-sized model alleges that Hill reacted aggressively after she embarrassed him during a practice drill, resulting in her suffering a fractured leg. Hill’s attorney has dismissed this narrative, attributing Hall’s injury to a fall over a dog.
In a detailed production request obtained by DailyMail.com, Hall demands access to all videos and footage from her stay at Hill’s home, including CCTV footage of the incident and any recordings made by witnesses.
In a five-page production request obtained by DailyMail.com, Hall is demanding to see anything that Hill may have said about her in his texts, emails or private messages sent via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or WhatsApp.
She also wants to see ‘all documents or other correspondence referencing or relating to complaints, allegations, demand letters, incident reports, or other statements that Defendant is physically, emotionally, or psychologically abusive to women.’
The 39-point list goes to demand ‘any and all’ videos made during her four-day stay at Hill’s $7 million home, including CCTV of the incident and any clips or photos taken by his friends or other onlookers.
Julius Collins, representing Hill, has stated that Hill is prepared to confront the allegations head-on but declined to comment on the existence of such footage.
Hall’s lawsuit alleges that Hill, known for his speed as a wide receiver, became angry after she knocked him off balance during the football practice. Hill allegedly charged at her forcefully, resulting in significant injuries.
According to Hall, her injury has required surgery, physiotherapy, and ongoing treatment, for which she seeks damages exceeding $50,000.
Responding to the lawsuit, Collins emphasized that Hall’s injuries were already addressed through an insurance claim and that Hill had done nothing wrong. He pointed out that Hall’s complaint omitted crucial details, such as her fall over a dog during the drills.
Hill’s football career has been marked by controversy, including allegations of domestic violence and paternity suits. Despite these issues, he has secured lucrative contracts and played pivotal roles in his teams’ successes on the field.
Off the field, Hill’s personal life has also attracted attention, including disputes with former partners and a house fire at his mansion.
As the legal battle between Hall and Hill unfolds, the outcome remains uncertain, with both parties presenting contrasting narratives of the incident.
