Dillon Danis is defiantly maintaining his social media presence amid the legal challenges posed by Nina Agdal’s lawsuit.
Despite acknowledging the lawsuit and potential felony charges, Danis has continued posting on X, formerly Twitter.
His recent posts have included a meme featuring Agdal surrounded by images of her ex-boyfriends, with the caption “Gotta F**k Em All” in Pokémon font.

He also shared a picture of adult film actor Johnny Sins, humorously referring to him as “Nina’s lawyer.” In a quote-tweet of the TMZ article detailing Agdal’s suit, Danis accused her of seeking attention and exposing her true character.
But Danis didn’t stop there. He referred to Nina Agdal as “Karen Agdal” and suggested that she was attempting to take his money despite their relationship not involving marriage.
He also shared an image reminiscent of the O.J. Simpson trial’s famous “glove moment,” with his face superimposed over O.J.’s and the caption, “If the glove doesn’t fit you must acquit,” in a humorous attempt at topical humor about the 1995 trial.
Agdal’s lawsuit alleges that Danis has made over 250 tweets about her since the announcement of his fight with Logan Paul. She claims that this trolling campaign has caused her humiliation, emotional distress, and harm to her reputation.
Additionally, Agdal invokes state and federal “revenge porn” legislation in response to a nude image Danis posted without her consent on August 11. She asserts that Danis only deleted the post because the fight’s promoter threatened to cancel the bout.
Furthermore, Agdal’s suit addresses a video in which she discusses her need for intimacy. She alleges that this video was obtained without her consent and accuses Danis of hacking her personal account or obtaining the private video from someone who had done so.
Agdal is seeking unspecified damages and a minimum of $150,000 for each proven violation of federal law.
This lawsuit pertains to civil penalties, not criminal charges. If successful, it could result in significant financial repercussions for Danis. However, the situation is still evolving.
Promoting a fight clearly has its drawbacks.
