Nina Agdal has taken legal action against Dillon Danis due to his continuous online harassment, leading her to sue Danis and seek a restraining order against him.
In court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Agdal alleges that Danis has posted over 250 “despicable” comments about her since his fight with Logan Paul was announced earlier in the summer. She claims that these posts have caused her humiliation, emotional distress, and harm to her reputation, violating both federal and state laws.

One particular post on August 11 crossed the line for Agdal, as Danis shared a sexually explicit image of her from a past “romantic encounter” without her consent, according to the lawsuit.
Agdal contends that Danis initially refused to remove the post until the organizers of the Danis vs. Paul fight, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the match unless he complied.
Additionally, Agdal asserts that Danis has made other distressing posts, including one on August 28 that featured a video from over six years ago in which she discussed her desires during a period of celibacy. She suspects that Danis either hacked her personal Snapchat account or obtained the private video from someone who had done so.

Agdal’s lawsuit seeks unspecified damages but insists on a minimum of $150,000 per violation of the federal law that prohibits sharing intimate images without consent.
In addition to the lawsuit, Agdal has filed for a restraining order against Danis to prevent him from posting sexually explicit images of her in the future. This request comes in response to Danis’s threats to release further damaging images that could harm Agdal’s reputation.
For his part, Danis has shown no remorse for his posts, claiming that they have been effective in promoting his upcoming fight with Logan Paul. He responded to the lawsuit on Twitter, stating, “Nina Agdal has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop, f*** the system, come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
