Dillon Danis doesn’t seem to have an off switch, especially when it comes to trolling Logan Paul’s fiancée.
As Danis continues building excitement for his October 14 fight in Manchester, England, he’s been targeting Paul’s fiancée, model Nina Agdal, on social media.
His latest post featured a nearly nude picture of Agdal, and it came just a day after Danis was served with lawsuit papers by the 31-year-old model.
The post’s caption simply reads, “Morning,” which has become his recurring theme when posting about Agdal and Paul.
In addition to his social media antics, Danis failed to appear at the hearing regarding the restraining order Agdal had requested. As a result, a New Jersey federal judge, Madeline Cox Arleo, ordered the enforcement of the restraining order against Danis.
This restraining order prohibits him “and all persons in active concert or participation with him” from posting “sexually explicit photographs” of Agdal without her consent, according to MMAfighting.com.
Two weeks ago, TMZ reported that Agdal was planning to sue Danis and seek a restraining order due to his relentless social media posts about her. She claimed that Danis, 30, had posted “despicable” content about her over 250 times since his fight with Paul, 28, was announced earlier in the summer. Agdal stated that this caused her to endure “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.”

The former Victoria’s Secret model also alleged that one of Danis’ posts from August 11 violated federal and state law. In her lawsuit, Agdal requested unspecified damages but sought no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.
On Monday, Danis was served with papers outside his Jersey City, New Jersey, home, according to TMZ. The process server left the documents on the ground after attempting to hand them to Danis, who refused, claiming, “That’s not me.”
Danis now has 21 days to respond to the complaint, as per TMZ.
Given his track record on social media over the past couple of months, Danis will likely have plenty more to say about Agdal, who got engaged to Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, in July.
Logan Paul is scheduled to make his return to the boxing ring as he faces former Bellator standout Dillon Danis on October 14th.
