In the offseason, Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback for the New York Jets, has clearly been dedicated to his training.

During the offseason, Rodgers had contemplated retirement and even spent several days in a “darkness retreat” for self-reflection.
Eventually, he and the Green Bay Packers decided to part ways, leading to his trade to the Jets just before the 2023 NFL Draft.
Interestingly, Rodgers’ trade to the Jets occurred 15 years after the Packers traded another former MVP and Super Bowl-winning quarterback, Brett Favre, to the same AFC East club. Favre’s time with the Jets was disappointing, to say the least. However, the Jets, who have not reached the playoffs since 2010, have made significant efforts to ensure a better outcome with Rodgers. They have brought in some of his former teammates from Green Bay, including wide receivers Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb.
The New York Jets have been making waves in the offseason, and now they are poised to attract even more attention as they will be featured in this year’s edition of “Hard Knocks.”
NFL and NFL Films have selected the New York Jets to serve as this year’s team on Hard Knocks, per sources.

Despite some public disinterest, ESPN reported that the Jets will be spotlighted in HBO’s annual preseason reality show, giving fans an inside look at the team’s preparations for the upcoming season.
