Troy Aikman embodies the essence of traditional values.
During ESPN’s Monday Night Football coverage, Troy Aikman didn’t appear to be a strong advocate for the benefits of meditation and visualization. This sentiment became evident from his reaction to Deshaun Watson’s pregame routine.
In the recent Monday Night Football clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback was spotted engaged in meditation on the sidelines, accompanied by a member of the team’s support staff. Aikman struggled to suppress his amusement upon witnessing this sight.

“Deshaun Watson is currently on the sidelines, joined by a member of his performance team. He seems to be engaged in some visualization, perhaps a touch of meditation. He appeared to be fully immersed in the visualization aspect of it, and… (chuckles) we’ll soon find out whether this approach yields positive results for him on this drive,” Aikman commented.
NFL enthusiasts couldn’t help but share in Aikman’s amusement as he made an effort to stifle his laughter:
Regrettably for Deshaun Watson, despite his meditation and visualization efforts, they were insufficient to secure a victory for the Browns against their rival Steelers. Watson committed multiple turnovers, which essentially gifted the Steelers the points they needed for the win.
If Watson intends to lead the Browns to success, perhaps he should consider exploring alternative methods.
But definitely not that one.
