Broncos quarterback Zach Wilson and his fiancée, Nicolette Dellanno, have returned to the United States and are enjoying some outdoor relaxation following their recent engagement in Italy.
Wilson, who was traded from the New York Jets to the Denver Broncos in April, and Dellanno, a New Jersey native and social media influencer, were seen looking cozy together in a chair at what appeared to be a campsite. This heartwarming moment was captured in a photo shared by Wilson’s mother, Lisa Wilson, on her Instagram Story on Thursday.
“Love them,” Lisa wrote in the post. She also mentioned in another Instagram Story that she was in Utah.

The couple, who got engaged last month during their stay on the Amalfi Coast, seemed full of joy in another photo.
This snap showed Wilson behind the wheel of a vehicle with Dellanno sitting happily in the front seat. Wilson proposed to Dellanno with a stunning oval-cut diamond ring featuring a gold band, marking a memorable moment in their lives.
“To the love of my life, I never truly understood what love was until I met you,” Wilson expressed on Instagram at the time of the engagement. “You’re not just my partner, but my best friend and my everything. I can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories with you, Nic. I love you.”
Dellanno also shared her feelings on Instagram, praising Wilson, who was the No. 2 overall pick by the Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft.
“Zach, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me,” she wrote. “Every day I admire your strength and I’m so incredibly proud of you. I’m so in love with you and can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together. I love you.”
Wilson and Dellanno, who have kept much of their relationship private, first became linked in June 2022 when they were photographed together at a Yankees game.
Now in Denver, Wilson is competing for the starting quarterback position against Jarrett Stidham and Bo Nix, the Broncos’ No. 12 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. The trade that brought Wilson to Denver included the Jets receiving a sixth-round pick in exchange for Wilson and a seventh-round pick.
Wilson’s move to Denver came after a challenging season with the Jets, who finished the 2023 season with a 7-10 record. He struggled to control the Jets’ offense after stepping in for Aaron Rodgers, who suffered a season-ending Achilles injury during the season opener against the Buffalo Bills on September 11.
Despite the setbacks, Wilson has shown resilience and a positive attitude. During the Broncos’ Organized Team Activities (OTAs) in May, he expressed excitement about the new challenge and optimism about his fresh start in Denver.
The Broncos are set to open their season against the Seahawks in Seattle on September 8, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Wilson as he aims to make a significant impact with his new team.
