Notable guests included six-time NBA All-Star Pau Gasol, along with Vanessa and Natalia Bryant—widow and daughter of the late Lakers icon Kobe Bryant.

Having mentored Ionescu before his tragic passing in 2020, Kobe’s loved ones shared glimpses of the wedding festivities on social media platforms.
“Congratulations to Sabrina and Hronnis!” exclaimed Vanessa on Instagram. “Such a stunning couple. Wishing you endless joy and love!”
Dallas Wings forward Satou Sabally also joined in the virtual celebration, sharing moments from the wedding and expressing, “What an incredible union of two extraordinary individuals—a weekend brimming with joy and tears of happiness.”
Ionescu and Grasu revealed their romance publicly in 2021, culminating in their engagement last January. Both sharing Romanian roots and having attended the University of Oregon, the couple’s connection runs deep. Grasu, an NFL stalwart since 2015, joined the Las Vegas roster in 2021.
Meanwhile, Ionescu has made waves in the WNBA with the New York Liberty since being drafted first overall in 2020.
Last month, the 26-year-old etched her name in history by facing off against Steph Curry in the inaugural NBA vs WNBA three-point contest during All-Star weekend.
