Former Stanford standout Cameron Brink made waves during the WNBA draft just a few weeks ago, captivating audiences with her standout appearance at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Standing tall at 6 feet 4 inches, Brink turned heads in a stunning black and white dress, stealing the spotlight on the red carpet moments before being selected as the No. 2 overall pick, just behind Iowa’s Caitlin Clark.
Brink later shared glimpses of her memorable night on social media, captioning one photo showcasing her new Los Angeles Sparks jersey with “California love.” Since then, she and her Sparks teammates Rae Burrell and Lexie Brown have continued to attract attention, making a statement at the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Gala earlier this week.
Decked out in sleek all-black attire, the trio was spotlighted on the Sparks’ social media platforms in the early hours of the morning, further solidifying their status as style icons.
During her time at Stanford, Brink played a pivotal role in leading the team to a 30-win season, boasting impressive averages of 17.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks per game. Her stellar performance earned her recognition as the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year, showcasing her prowess on both ends of the court.
Now, as she transitions to the WNBA, all eyes are on Brink to see how she will make her mark in the professional league.
