Although the Celtics fans rejoiced in their victory, Heat fans were left heartbroken. However, there was one particular group attending a wedding in Florida that still believed the Heat were in the NBA Finals. The wedding party went wild as time expired on Saturday night as they stopped paying attention when Smart missed the shot.

On his Insta stories, you can also see the parents of the bride and groom waving Heat towels with bridesmaids.
Later on, they also used a handheld fog machine. However, one has to wonder why they did not have a proper screen setup for the game and settled for watching it on their phones. Nevertheless, it is a shame that no one captured the news of Heat’s loss spreading around the venue after the wedding party finished celebrating. Perhaps they let others continue to live in a world where the Heat weren’t headed to a Game 7.
Nevertheless, it would have been an awkward moment for the news to be broken. The DJ may have wondered why the request for playing “Pepas” by someone had tears in their eyes.
