Here’s one more exciting development to add to the mix.
NFL Hall of Fame defensive tackle Warren Sapp has announced that he will be joining the coaching staff of the Colorado Buffaloes in 2024. He shared this news during an interview on the Rich Eisen Show.
Deion Sanders, who is currently in his inaugural year as the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes football team, has already made a significant impact with an undefeated 3-0 start to the season, securing victories against TCU, Nebraska, and Colorado State.
With this impressive beginning, Sanders has captured the attention of the sports world, and the addition of Warren Sapp to his coaching staff is expected to further enhance the team’s prospects.
Sapp expressed his eagerness to contribute to the Buffaloes, stating, “I’m going to complete all the paperwork and then get to work.”
He also highlighted the team’s potential, particularly singling out quarterback Shedeur Sanders and the defensive line, which Sapp will be coaching, as key components capable of making a substantial impact.
Sapp’s arrival will augment the growing roster of former NFL players on Sanders’ coaching staff, which includes Dennis Thurman, Kevin Mathis, and Trevor Reilly.
