The 25-year-old athlete, often hailed as the ‘world’s sexiest athlete,’ boasts a massive social media following, with over 5 million fans on Instagram and 2 million on TikTok. Her online presence includes sharing insights from her athletic journey, collaborations with fashion brands, and glamorous event appearances.

Paris will mark Schmidt’s Olympic debut, having missed out on competing in Tokyo in 2020 despite her travel to the Games.
Taking to TikTok to celebrate her Olympic qualification, Schmidt announced that ‘Olympic season has officially started.’
Despite her significant online following, Schmidt’s main income reportedly comes from a modest monthly salary from a German sports foundation, totaling around £600 (€700). She has also revealed turning down lucrative endorsement deals from well-known brands, emphasizing her commitment to only partnering with brands she fully believes in.
Speaking about the financial challenges faced by athletes, Schmidt highlighted the struggle to generate consistent income solely from competitions. Many athletes, including herself, often pursue part-time studies or side jobs to supplement their earnings due to the limited financial support from competitions.
