Last month, Vince Young found himself embroiled in a chaotic bar altercation, culminating in a blow to his face that seemingly rendered him unconscious.
The incident unfolded inside Tokyo Joe’s Shot Bar in Houston, Texas, around 9 PM on Feb. 4, and the entire scene was captured on video obtained by TMZ Sports. In the footage, Young, donning a white hat, black shirt, and shorts, engaged in a verbal dispute with other patrons, escalating into physical confrontation.
Though the exact exchange remains unclear, the former Heisman Trophy runner-up can be observed pushing several individuals after exchanging words, leading to escalating tensions.
Moments later, a man is seen throwing his drink at another patron’s face, followed by a forceful elbow strike.

The altercation spills across the bar, with punches thrown from all sides. Just as the situation seems to be calming, Young is suddenly struck by a powerful punch, sending him crashing to the ground.
Though Young remained on the floor momentarily, he eventually rose to his feet.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a call from the bar’s owner, who alleged he was targeted by the thrown drink and elbow. The owner claimed the altercation stemmed from a conversation about race and escalated when he requested the patrons to leave.
However, the man declined to press charges, and no arrests were made.
Efforts to obtain comments from Young’s representatives are underway
