An ex-employee of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has filed a lawsuit accusing WWE co-founder Vince McMahon, the WWE, and former executive John Laurinaitis of sex trafficking, physical and emotional abuse, sexual assault, and negligence.
Janel Grant alleges that she was offered a job by Vince McMahon in 2019, which became dependent on a sexual relationship with McMahon, despite her initial resistance.
The lawsuit includes leaked texts that reveal a troubling pattern of behavior, where McMahon directed Grant to engage in intimate activities with other men. The explicit text messages are available on X.

According to Grant, the text messages lay bare McMahon’s explicit and coercive language, as he pressured her into engaging in intimate activities with other men, including a Physical Therapist named Laurinaitis. These shocking messages, she contends, paint a disturbing picture of her experiences under McMahon’s leadership.
McMahon’s spokesperson denies the allegations, calling the case “replete with lies.” Vince McMahon stepped back as WWE’s chair and CEO in 2022 amid sexual misconduct claims.
This development could potentially serve as the conclusive blow to Vince McMahon’s reputation and career.
