Jordan Addison’s NFL career has gotten off to a rough start.
The former University of Southern California wide receiver, who was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings as the 23rd overall pick, has already made a negative impression on law enforcement in the state. Reports indicate that Addison was pulled over for driving at a staggering speed of 140 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.
As a result, he was cited for speeding and reckless driving.
This incident has certainly put a damper on his debut in the NFL. To further emphasize the severity of the situation, a video of the incident was released by the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

It remains uncertain whether Addison will face any fines or disciplinary actions from both the league and the team. Despite this setback, the 21-year-old receiver, who was once honored with the Fred Biletnikoff Award, is expected to play a prominent role in the Vikings’ offense.
With Adam Thielen’s departure to the Carolina Panthers, the team will rely on Addison to fill the void left by his absence.
