Nebraska’s women’s volleyball team attracted a massive crowd at a celebratory event in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The video of their players entering the field became viral.
The University of Nebraska organized a grand event at Memorial Stadium to honor women’s volleyball.
This included two volleyball matches featuring Nebraska-Kearney and Wayne State, as well as a concert.
Although the football stadium can hold just over 85,000 people, the attendance for Wednesday night’s event surpassed that number due to additional seating arrangements.

The viral video showcased the excitement of the Cornhuskers as they emerged from the tunnel onto the field.

Nebraska, currently ranked No. 4 nationally with a 3-0 record, has an illustrious history with five national championships and a sold-out home match streak since 2001.

The university claimed a record-breaking attendance of 92,003, proclaiming it as the highest ever for a women’s sports event.
