The Kelce buzz continues to grow. In the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast, Eagles center Jason Kelce shared a delightful anecdote featuring his wife, Kylie, during their attempt at skiing in Aspen.
Kelce recounted the incident that unfolded during their visit to Aspen for the Winter X Games. When asked about their skiing experience by the instructor, Kelce admitted his decade-long hiatus from skiing, while Kylie candidly revealed she had never skied before. The instructor suggested Kylie find a different mountain, as there was no beginner hill on the current one.
Navigating the slope proved to be a humorous challenge. Kelce explained, “It took us 45 minutes to get down that hill. I tried to go in slow-motion – I almost hurt myself.” The amusing tale elicited laughter, including from Kelce’s brother, Travis Kelce.

The story took a positive turn when Olympic skier Mikaela Shiffrin extended an offer for ski lessons. Shiffrin, holding the record for the most World Cup wins in alpine skiing, tweeted, “I might know someone who could teach Kylie.”
This generous gesture from Shiffrin presents a fantastic opportunity for Kylie to enhance her skiing skills, an offer too good to refuse.
