It appears that Tyrese Haliburton, the versatile guard for the Indiana Pacers, has more than just basketball skills up his sleeve.
During a recent appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Haliburton inadvertently displayed two distinct voices, catching the attention of host Pat McAfee. McAfee pointed out the change in Haliburton’s intonation mid-answer to a question about the buzz surrounding the Pacers’ success this season.
McAfee remarked, “You have two different voices.”
Haliburton responded, “I do. People say that all the time!”
McAfee then humorously questioned whether it was their microphone causing the change.
Haliburton admitted, “I never catch it. You know, I watch [my podcast appearances] after and I’m like, ‘Dang, my voice changed.'”

Throughout the episode, Haliburton’s voice fluctuated between two distinct tones, noticeable even mid-sentence. This peculiar trait isn’t unique to him, as other NBA stars like Karl-Anthony Towns have also gained attention for their diverse vocal abilities.
Despite his multiple voices, Haliburton has been making noise on the court at Gainbridge Fieldhouse with his incredible passing skills, often leaving fans in awe with his highlight-reel assists.
In the 43 games played this season, the Pacers guard has been averaging an impressive 21.8 points and a league-leading 11.7 assists per game. With such stellar performance, it’s safe to say that Haliburton has earned the right to speak however he pleases without facing ridicule.
