A two-time Super Bowl champion wide receiver may be heading to a division rival soon.
Marques Valdez-Scantling, who has won back-to-back Super Bowls as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs, is rumored to be on the Los Angeles Chargers radar.
BREAKING: Former #Chiefs speedy standout receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling is visiting with the Los Angeles #Chargers, his agent Harold C. Lewis of @NSAFootball tells @_MLFootball. The two time Super Bowl Champion would be an amazing fit for Justin Herbert.
The Chargers are a bit thin at the wide receiver position with Joshua Palmer, Quentin Johnston, and rookie Ladd McConkey leading the way.

Notably, the Chargers opted to draft offensive tackle Joe Alt fifth overall in the 2024 NFL draft over LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers which may indicate head coach Jim Harbaugh’s comfort in going forward with quarterback Justin Herbert and a makeshift wide receiving corp.
The Chiefs released MVS in February to clear $12 million in cap space.
In 92 regular-season games throughout his career, MVS has recorded 186 receptions for 3,155 yards and 16 touchdowns.
During the 2022 season with the Chiefs, he came close to surpassing his personal best for single-season receiving yards, finishing with 687 yards on a career-high 42 catches.
