Legendary Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman is making the most of his remaining summer days before he returns to the NFL broadcasting booth for ESPN.
In a recent Instagram post, Aikman shared a photo of himself and his girlfriend, seemingly on a hiking adventure.
Accompanying the picture, Aikman wrote a simple caption: “12 days until Monday Night Football.”
Notably, Aikman did not tag his girlfriend, Haley Clark, in the photo, indicating a shift in his personal life since his previous marriages.
Clark, described as a sales director residing in Dallas, has a connection with Aikman that remains unknown.
As Aikman gears up for his second year at ESPN, he expresses excitement about the NFL’s new flexible scheduling for the fall season.
He anticipates the logistical challenges as games transition from Sundays to Mondays, but believes it will lead to more high-quality matchups for primetime viewers and fans.
