Wide receiver Marquise Brown celebrated his arrival at the Kansas City Chiefs by grooving to one of Taylor Swift’s chart-topping hits.
In the early hours of Friday, the 26-year-old inked a one-year deal with the reigning Super Bowl champions, potentially valued at $11 million, as per insider sources.
With his future team secured for the upcoming season, Brown took the opportunity to acquaint himself with Swift’s music, knowing he’ll be hearing plenty of it as a member of the Chiefs.
Live on Twitch, Brown swayed to the beats of Swift’s 2014 smash hit “Blank Space,” throwing his hands up and down in sync with the rhythm.

“Wow, this beat is serious,” Brown exclaimed with a grin. “Oh, I know this song!”
Brown’s transition to the Chiefs comes after stints with the Ravens for three seasons and two seasons with the Cardinals. He was drafted 25th overall in 2019 from Oklahoma.
Throughout his career, Hollywood Brown has amassed 313 catches for 3,644 yards and 28 touchdowns across 72 games. Last season, he recorded 51 receptions for 574 yards and two touchdowns with Arizona.
The Cardinals ended their season with a disappointing 4-13 record, missing the playoffs for the second consecutive year.
Expected to start alongside Rashee Rice and Justin Watson in Andy Reid’s offense, Brown’s addition adds depth to the Chiefs’ receiving corps, complementing talents like Travis Kelce and Isaiah Pacheco, thereby expanding Patrick Mahomes’ array of targets.
Brown’s availability was in question late last season due to a pedal heel bruise.
