Donna Kelce, the mother of Travis Kelce, was observed at a movie theater in Florida on Sunday, attending the cinematic release of her son’s famous girlfriend, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.
During the weekend, Donna was seen at the cinema while the Shake It Off singer performed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, accompanied by her boyfriend, who had some time off during the Kansas City Chiefs bye week.
Swift enthusiast Dannielle Sparks shared a photo she took with Donna on social media and a video explaining how she coincidentally encountered the mother of two NFL stars, as Donna’s older son, Jason Kelce, is also a accomplished player in the league.
Sparks shared that during her fourth viewing of the musical film on Sunday, she enthusiastically danced and sang along to Taylor Swift’s music.
After the movie concluded, Sparks found herself in the restroom, where she coincidentally encountered Donna and her friend.
Amused by the uncanny resemblance, Sparks inquired with Donna’s friend, asking, ‘Has anyone ever told her she looks just like Travis Kelce’s mother?’
Donna candidly confirmed her identity, responding, ‘Oh yeah, I am, but I’m just a mom,’ as Sparks recounted.
For Sparks, having Donna agree to take a selfie with her marked “the greatest moment of her life.” She described Donna as “the sweetest human ever” and marveled at the serendipitous encounter.
Reflecting on the randomness of the meeting, Sparks exclaimed, ‘It was freaking Travis Kelce’s mother, in a random little theater here in Florida, on a random Sunday night, on a random show time. It was Travis Kelce’s mother, in the theater with us the whole time, and no one even knew.’
