Taylor Swift appears to reignite her long-standing feud with Kim Kardashian in a sharp-tongued track from her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology.”
The song, titled “thanK you aIMee,” features lyrics about a “bronze, spray-tanned” antagonist, which fans believe alludes to Kardashian, noting the capital letters in the song’s title spell out Kim’s name.
Fans expressed their surprise and delight on social media, with one fan exclaiming on X, “taylor dropping a kim k diss track was not on my 2024 bingo card but i’ve never been happier.” Another commented, “taylor said i do not forgive you kim kardashian.”
The song is part of an additional 15 tracks Swift released early Friday morning, where she vents her frustration with lines like, “All that time you were throwin’ punches, I was buildin’ somethin’,” and “Screamed ‘F—k you, Aimee’ to the night sky, as the blood was gushin’ / But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

The backstory of Swift and Kardashian’s feud traces back to 2016, sparked by Kanye West’s controversial lyrics about Swift. The situation escalated when Kardashian released what she claimed was a phone call of Swift approving the lyrics, a recording Swift later described as “illegally recorded.”
Swift previously addressed this in several tracks on her 2017 album “Reputation,” including hits like “Call It What You Want” and “Look What You Made Me Do.” Kardashian reflected on the rivalry in a “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” episode, revealing the deep psychological impact the feud had on her.
Swift’s new album not only revisits her clash with Kardashian but also takes jabs at her former boyfriends Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy, while also celebrating her relationship with current partner, Travis Kelce. Page Six has reached out to Kardashian’s representatives for a response to the track’s implications.
