In a recent appearance on the “Behind the Likes” podcast, the model and influencer, formerly in a relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, delved into the “fly eagles fly” message she shared on X in November. The post, a response to a video of the Eagles quarterback courtside at an NBA game, garnered attention on the platform.
Kayla acknowledged facing backlash for the post but emphasized that her intentions were pure, asserting that she is a “girls’ girl” and has no interest in pursuing a relationship with someone who already has a girlfriend. Jalen Hurts, 25, is in a relationship with Bryonna “Bry” Burrows, and the couple has been dating on and off since their time at the University of Alabama.
“Everyone has eyes. I got in so much trouble for that,” Kayla said, “but that is my personality. If you know me, my intentions are pure and also, I’m a girls’ girl, he has a girlfriend. I have no intention of trying to slide in there.”

When asked about the possibility of dating another athlete after her on-and-off five-year romance with Kelce, who is now with Taylor Swift, Kayla expressed openness but indicated a preference for someone outside the athlete realm.
She mentioned being attracted to men in positions of power and expressed a desire to date an executive of a record label or a movie producer, envisioning date nights at events like courtside seats at Lakers games.
