Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole appears to be contemplating a major move in the aftermath of America’s latest presidential election. On November 5, millions of Americans headed to the polls in a historic election that saw Republican candidate Donald Trump make a dramatic return to the White House. The 78-year-old defeated Vice President Kamala Harris to secure his second term, but not everyone in the country is celebrating his victory.
Among those expressing their discontent is Nicole, who dated Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kelce on and off for five years.
Nicole, a model and social media influencer, has been vocal about her support for the Democratic nominee. In response to Trump’s victory, she hinted at leaving the United States altogether.
On Wednesday night, Nicole shared a video on her Instagram story, showing herself lounging in an indoor pool while wearing a hot pink bikini and a white towel wrapped around her head. The message overlaid on the video read, “I’m thinking Australia. Who’s down?”
The post seemed to suggest that Nicole is considering relocating to Australia in response to Trump’s reelection. It wasn’t her only post reacting to the election result, either. Later, Nicole uploaded another video to her Instagram, taking a direct swipe at Trump and his past legal issues, particularly his conviction in the Stormy Daniels “hush money” case.
“If you’re a convicted felon, you’re not even allowed to work as a teacher, a pilot, a healthcare official. You’re not allowed to work in law enforcement,” Nicole said, addressing the camera in a serious tone.

She continued, “But, you can run the United States of America however you want if it makes America great again. Bunch of f***ing clowns,” she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
Nicole captioned the video: “This is the criminal justice reform y’all were asking for?!”
Her comments refer to Trump’s dramatic legal situation earlier this year. In May, Trump was found guilty on all counts in a criminal trial related to “hush money” payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
The jury at Manhattan Criminal Court, consisting of seven men and five women, deliberated for nearly 10 hours before convicting the former president of 34 charges of falsifying business records.
The case marked a historic moment, as Trump became the first former U.S. president to be criminally convicted. Despite this, he has now also become the first convicted felon to win a presidential election. Trump is set to appear in New York on November 26 for sentencing, though Judge Juan Merchan could potentially dismiss the charges, as the Supreme Court has hinted at granting Trump partial presidential immunity.
Nicole’s disapproval of Trump is not new. In August, she shared her support for Vice President Kamala Harris by reposting a photo of a young girl watching Harris speak at the Democratic National Convention.
Her stance echoes that of Travis Kelce’s current girlfriend, Taylor Swift, who has also been an outspoken supporter of Harris.
Following September’s presidential debate, Swift used her Instagram platform to publicly endorse Vice President Harris. She shared with her 284 million followers that she planned to vote for Harris, citing her dedication to fighting for the rights and causes Swift believes in. Although Swift refrained from directly attacking Trump, she ended her endorsement by signing off with “Childless Cat Lady.”
The phrase was a pointed reference to Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance, who once claimed that the country was being run by Democrats, corporate oligarchs, and “a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.” Trump’s response to Swift’s endorsement was as combative as expected, with him taking to his Truth Social platform to declare, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”
Swift’s endorsement also led to speculation about potential tension between her and Brittany Mahomes, wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Swift and Brittany Mahomes have become close friends over the past year, but Brittany previously sparked controversy by liking a pro-Trump post in August, leading some to question whether political differences could cause friction between the two Chiefs WAGs.
For now, Kayla Nicole’s social media posts hinting at leaving the country are just that—hints. Whether she follows through remains to be seen, but her reaction underscores the deep division in America following Trump’s unexpected return to the presidency.
As the political landscape continues to shift, figures like Nicole are making it clear that they are willing to make drastic changes in response to the evolving climate.
