Travis Kelce had a thoughtful response when asked about the newfound attention surrounding him and the Chiefs, especially amid rumors of a romance with Taylor Swift during a team media availability on Friday.

Kelce, 33, began by expressing his excitement about the Chiefs’ three consecutive wins and his focus on “trying to make it four in a row” against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. He mentioned, “As all the attention comes…it feels like I was on top of the world after the Super Bowl and right now I’m even more on top of the world.”
Regarding how he’s handling the increased scrutiny due to the rumored relationship with Swift, 33, Kelce shared that he’s “learning” to navigate situations where “paparazzi are taking photos from all over the place,” especially since photographers have started waiting for him at his Kansas City home.
However, Kelce acknowledges the territory that comes with Swift’s level of fame, saying, “At the same time, it comes with it. It comes with it. You’ve got a lot of people that care about Taylor, and for good reason.”
Looking ahead, the NFL star emphasized that he’s “just got to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments” as he and Swift get to know each other in the public eye.
Kelce also reassured reporters that a potential romance with Swift wouldn’t become a distraction for him during the NFL season. “At the end of the day, I’ve always been pretty good at compartmentalizing and staying focused in this building, so I’ll just keep rolling with that,” he said.
