The Buffalo Bills baffled many when they attempted an unsuccessful fake punt with safety Damar Hamlin in the fourth quarter of their AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Among those baffled is Kansas City Chiefs tight end and boyfriend of Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce.
Travis took to his “New Heights” podcast with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman and viral, shirtless brother Jason Kelce, to talk about the baffling decision made by the Bills in such a crucial moment.

Travis was as confused as anybody when the Bills attempted a fake punt with Hamlin during Sunday’s playoff game. Here’s what he told his brother,
“Initially, I’m like, ‘What the f*** are they doing? Fourth and five, in your own territory at that point in the game, that’s not time for a fake … especially in the playoffs, where everything is on the line.”
Early in the fourth quarter, the Bills decided to run a fake punt with Hamlin on fourth and five from their own 30-yard line. It was unsuccessful and resulted in a turnover on downs. The Bills would go on to lose the game 27-24 in heartbreaking fashion.
The Chiefs will take on the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game on Sunday night.
