Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are wrapping up a whirlwind summer filled with work, travel, and time spent together.
As Kelce reports back to Missouri for training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs, a source exclusively tells PEOPLE that the tight end cherished every moment with his superstar girlfriend before shifting his focus back to football.
“Travis’ last few concerts were bittersweet,” the insider shares about Kelce’s trip to see Swift perform in Germany on her Eras Tour. “They knew their time together like this was coming to an end, and he made sure to spend every minute he could with Taylor.”
Despite their demanding schedules often keeping them in different cities, the source notes that Swift and Kelce seize every opportunity to be together as their relationship approaches the one-year mark. “It’s definitely tough to be apart, but they do everything they can to make it work and show up for each other,” the source says. “They’re so in love and very, very happy together. Upon returning to training camp on July 21, Kelce debuted a fresh look for the new football season. In an Instagram post from the Chiefs, the team showcased Kelce’s new mustache, captioning it, “KILLA STACHE IS BACK ??.”
Meanwhile, Swift continues her Eras Tour with performances in Hamburg and Munich this week, followed by shows in Poland. She will return to the United States to conclude her record-breaking tour in October.
