Travis Kelce has responded to Jana Kramer’s criticism of his lifestyle, especially his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.
Kramer, on her podcast, painted Kelce as a heavy partier and likened him to her ex-husband, former NFL tight end Mike Caussin, suggesting Kelce’s behavior could negatively influence Swift.
TMZ reported that Kelce was surprised by Kramer’s comments, particularly since the two have never met. Moreover, Kelce was unfamiliar with Kramer before she made these remarks.
Kelce dismissed Kramer’s accusations as mere attempts to gain publicity. This isn’t the first time Kramer has targeted celebrities; she previously described a date with Brody Jenner as her worst.

Despite the criticism, Kelce’s actions show his support for Swift. He was seen partying with teammate Patrick Mahomes in Las Vegas and attended high-profile events like the Kentucky Derby and the Miami Grand Prix solo. However, he and Swift were together at Mahomes’ charity event in Las Vegas and have spent significant time at her L.A. mansion.
Kelce has also been present at Swift’s performances abroad as she prepares for the European leg of her ‘Eras’ Tour, starting in Paris. The couple, nearing their one-year anniversary, were first linked in the summer of 2023. Swift shared in her Time Magazine Person of the Year profile that they were dating by the time she attended a Bears game with Kelce in September.
Mahomes has praised Kelce’s intelligence and hinted that his “party animal” persona, showcased at events like his New Heights Live show at the University of Cincinnati, is partly an act.
