Love can drive a person to make unconventional choices.
Travis Kelce, the 34-year-old tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has acquired a lavish $6 million mansion in Kansas City, motivated by a strong desire for enhanced privacy amid his blossoming relationship with 12-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, according to confirmation from Page Six.
The pair, aged 34 and 33 respectively, have been frequently spotted together recently and were even photographed holding hands during a recent rendezvous in New York City. On Tuesday, Kelce finalized the property purchase, becoming the proud owner of a stunning residence featuring amenities like a waterfall, swimming pool, and a miniature golf course, initially reported by TMZ.
Our sources say this pad is in a gated community, and it’s a straight-up mansion … 6 bedrooms, 6 baths and over 16,000 square feet of living space!!!
Situated within a gated community, this luxurious abode ensures unparalleled seclusion for Kelce and any future guests. The decision to invest in a more private estate arose from the realization that his previous home was too easily accessible.

Kelce, whose annual salary stands at $14 million, was under a four-year contract worth $57 million with the Chiefs in 2020. He already possessed a seven-bedroom custom-designed mansion in Kansas City’s upscale Briarcliff West neighborhood, acquired for $995,000 in 2019, as well as an Orlando condo bought for $355,000 the same year.
Representatives for Kelce declined to provide comments on the matter.
While it remains uncertain whether Swift will attend any more Chiefs games, scheduling may prove challenging, as her sold-out “Eras” tour resumes in Argentina on November 9th.
