Kansas City Chiefs 4 life?
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce just signed a massive two-year contract extension which makes him the highest-paid player at his position.
“No more Champagne Problems: The #Chiefs and All-Pro and Pro Bowl TE Travis Kelce have agreed to terms on a new 2-year contract extension to make him the NFL’s highest-paid tight end, sources say. The deal was done by his long-time agent Mike Simon, now with @milkhoneysport.”
Following the announcement, Kelce seeming hinted in a video that he’s going to finish his career with the Chiefs.
“Back at it again, baby. Had to see a little Super Bowl right here man,” he went on, pointing to his Super Bowl LVIII hat.
“Feels good to be in KC. I remember coming here 12 years ago, man. It’s an honor and a pleasure and I can’t wait to get after it these next two years. No better than right now. Getting fired up for this year. Just got out on the field with the boys, we’re back at it baby.”

Kelce will be 35 years old next October and is certainly approaching the age that most will consider the idea of retirement.
The three-time Super Bowl champion of course has plenty of aspirations beyond football as is arguably the biggest star in sports right now largely due to his high-profile romance with pop star Taylor Swift.
Kelce and his brother, Jason, host the very poular “New Heights” podcast which will very likely continue growing as Travis approaches the end of his NFL playing career.
Kelce and the Chiefs will enter the 2024 NFL season hoping to secure their third straight Super Bowl championship.
