Travis Kelce is taking a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about his college days when he would regularly indulge in an entire pizza and tip the scales at a hefty 285 lbs.!
On the latest episode of their New Heights podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared memories with his brother Jason about their time as football stars at the University of Cincinnati.
Set to return to their alma mater next month for a special recording of their podcast on April 11, the brothers are eagerly anticipating a culinary highlight of the trip.
“When we get there, what’s the first thing you’re doing?” Jason, 36, inquired.
“Adriatico’s,” Travis replied promptly, expressing his desire to savor one or two “Bearcat” pizzas — a favorite indulgence from his college days.
“I was even bigger than you are now,” Travis remarked. “I was every bit of 285 [lbs.].”
Fast forward to the present, Travis joked about approaching that weight again during the offseason.
“It’s March, and we’re in the same weight class right now,” he chuckled, noting that Jason mentioned weighing 283 lbs. that morning.

The brothers’ shared love for food and drink is a recurring theme on the podcast.
Although they were selective eaters as kids, the Kelce brothers, now adults, maintain strong opinions about food. In previous episodes, Travis and Jason have debated the merits of eateries like Waffle House and Burger King, ranked their favorite fast-food burgers, and even discussed the overrated (Peeps) and underrated (Nerds Gummy Clusters) candies.
Fresh from a trip to the Bahamas with Taylor Swift, Travis was spotted in Malibu with his girlfriend at Nobu — renowned for its fresh seafood — earlier this week.
The NFL star emphasized his disciplined approach to post-college eating habits, asserting that it has contributed to his success.
“I trimmed down to 250 and won the Super Bowl,” he proudly proclaimed to Jason.
