Could “Bad Blood” actually improve your golf swing?
Well, if you ask Travis Kelce, it might just do the trick! In a recent Instagram Story shared by former NBA player Chandler Parsons, the 34-year-old Super Bowl champion is captured on the golf course executing a successful swing.
However, what’s intriguing is the background soundtrack: Taylor Swift’s 2014 hit song “Bad Blood” is playing, seemingly as a distraction tactic.
As Kelce takes his swing, a friend’s voice can be heard expressing disbelief, “Oh no, this backfired!” Much to their surprise, Kelce’s swing remains unaffected by the choice of music, leading to a triumphant moment for the athlete.
“He did it,” cheers another friend as Kelce watches his golf ball soar through the air. Amusingly, Kelce then joins in on the fun, air-guitaring with his club and singing along to Swift’s lyrics as the camera rolls. His impromptu dance moves add to the light-hearted moment.
In Parsons’ caption accompanying the Story, he notes, “@killatrav cannot be rattled,” showcasing Kelce’s unwavering focus and composure on the golf course.

Before their musical escapades, Kelce and Swift enjoyed a getaway to the Bahamas, providing a well-deserved break for the couple. Their recent travels follow a series of adventures in Australia and Singapore, coinciding with Swift’s Eras Tour.
As fans eagerly await Swift’s upcoming 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” set to release on April 19, it’s possible Kelce might soon have new tunes to accompany his golfing endeavors. After the album drop, Swift will embark on the European leg of her tour, commencing at Paris La Défense Arena in France from May 9-12.
