It’s a celebratory moment for Italian-Americans associated with the New York Giants, especially for Sean Stellato, the impeccably dressed agent representing Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito. Stellato has been named one of the eight inductees into the Italian-American Sports Hall of Fame at a ceremony held in Chicago on Friday night.
The Andretti Lifetime Achievement Award will be posthumously bestowed upon Pro Football Hall of Famer Franco Harris during this prestigious event.

Sean Stellato’s inclusion in the Hall of Fame was not a result of capitalizing on his popularity but rather a well-deserved recognition, as he was unanimously selected in the 2023 class, announced in November.
This marks Stellato’s second Hall-of-Fame induction, having previously entered the Massachusetts Italian-American Hall of Fame in 2013.
Stellato gained attention on Monday night during the Giants’ game against the Green Bay Packers when he was featured on ESPN television, showcasing a suit and hat reminiscent of a scene from Goodfellas. The 45-year-old founded his sports agency in 2012 and represents numerous past and present NFL players, with Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito being his most high-profile client.
Tommy DeVito has been on an impressive streak as a starter, leading the Giants to three consecutive wins after a challenging start to the season at 2-8.
Sean Stellato will share the induction honors on Friday night with notable figures such as Washington Nationals president Mike Rizzo, former LPGA Tour player Missie Berteotti, and former NHL player Lou Nanne, among others.
