Tom Brady is venturing into new territory as a Hollywood bachelor, setting up his base in one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighborhoods.
The former NFL star and future Hall of Famer is currently overseeing the construction of a 14,000-square-foot home in the Brentwood area, close to Hollywood. DailyMail.com has obtained photos of the property, which is still under development, including the garden and outdoor pool. The residence also features solar panels and a glass atrium to harness the Southern California sunshine.
Brady started building the home in 2020 alongside launching his production company, 199 Productions—named after his draft position in the 2000 NFL Draft. The company has since produced three films, all focusing on stories from his NFL days.

This isn’t Brady’s first foray into Brentwood real estate.
In 2008, he and his now ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, purchased land there for $11.75 million and later sold the developed mansion to Dr. Dre for $40 million. The area gained notoriety in 1994 with the O.J. Simpson trial, whose Brentwood mansion was eventually demolished.
Beyond Los Angeles, Brady is also completing a lavish new mansion in Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker’ at Indian Creek, a manmade barrier island. His $17 million Miami property features an expansive garden visible in aerial photos and sits among other high-profile residents like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.
Despite his retirement from professional football in February 2023, Brady remains active and is preparing for his next career move as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports.
He recently signed a massive 10-year, $375 million contract with the network and is expected to start his broadcasting career this fall.
In his personal life, Brady is finalizing his Indian Creek Island home, adding amenities like a private boat dock and a pickleball court with basketball hoops. This follows his split from Bündchen in October 2022, after which he continued the renovations, and she purchased properties nearby.
Brady continues to prioritize health and fitness, promoting a mostly plant-based diet through his brand, TB12, which focuses on anti-inflammatory foods. Even at 46, Brady is still in peak physical condition, recently running a 40-yard dash faster than he did at 22, showcasing his enduring athleticism.
