Tom Brady was recently spotted leaving the gym with his adorable family dog, Fluffy, in tow after wrapping up a workout session on Thursday. The sighting of the legendary quarterback, who has been hinting at a potential NFL comeback, showcased his impressive physique as he carried Fluffy, the dog he and his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, rescued in 2016.
Alongside Fluffy, Brady was also seen walking an unidentified brown pitbull mix on a leash, reminiscent of the couple’s late dog, Lua, who passed away in 2023. The loss of Lua was particularly poignant for the Brady-Bündchen family, as it came a year after their high-profile divorce. The passing of their beloved pet left a deep impact on their children, Benjamin and Vivian, who, like their parents, mourned the loss.
Even 18 months after his retirement from the NFL, Brady continues to maintain his athletic form. In a recent YouTube vlog, he humorously commented on his fitness, saying, “I will say… not to brag about myself, but I’m a great athlete.” His dedication to staying in shape has been a point of interest for fans and fitness enthusiasts alike.
Brady, now 47, has long been known for his unconventional approach to training. In a 2019 interview with Men’s Health, he shared that his secret to staying toned doesn’t involve heavy lifting. Instead, Brady focuses on muscle pliability, emphasizing muscle length and ease of movement rather than chasing maximum bench press numbers. Reflecting on his past workouts, he mentioned, “We were just grinding it out to see who could lift more and be the bigger meatstick. I think the most I ever did was 225 [pounds] for eight or nine [reps]. I always thought if you could do your body weight 10 times, that’s a great goal.”

Despite his transition into a broadcasting career with Fox Sports, where he signed a lucrative $375 million deal, Brady has continued to drop hints about a potential return to the NFL. This speculation gained traction when he was recently seen practicing with receivers during a commercial shoot for the athletics company Nobull. In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Brady is shown throwing a football on a field in Miami for the ad, followed by a candid discussion about a dream he had involving the Super Bowl.
In the video, Brady recalls the dream where he was suddenly called upon to broadcast the Super Bowl without any prior experience. “I actually had a crazy dream last night,” Brady shared. “The Super Bowl was coming up and I had yet to do a game, and Fox had it. And they called me up and they’re like, ‘Hey dude, you’re gonna do the Super Bowl.’ And it was that day. I was like, ‘That’s kind of f****ng weird though. The Chiefs are in it, and I know the Chiefs, and the 49ers are in it, and I know them… so I could probably do it.’ And literally I like snapped out of it.”
Brady made his broadcasting debut during the UFL’s championship game in June, and he is set to cover his first NFL game when the Dallas Cowboys face off against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, September 8. His transition from the field to the booth is highly anticipated, especially given the 10-year, $375 million contract he signed with Fox earlier this year.
As Brady continues to navigate his post-NFL career, fans remain captivated by his every move, whether he’s working out, spending time with his dogs, or teasing a potential return to the gridiron.
