Tom Brady’s recent Instagram activity suggests that he was contemplating profound thoughts on Wednesday night.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion shared an enlightening passage from meditation expert Diego Perez, which focused on the “9 things that hold great power.”
These nine things include rest, kindness, meditation, vulnerability, self-healing, honesty with others, continuous personal growth, deep connections, and selfless giving.
Brady expressed his admiration for Perez’s passage, stating, “Love this thank you for sharing.”
The timing of Brady’s Instagram post is particularly intriguing, considering recent reports linking him to former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model, Irina Shayk.
According to DailyMail, Shayk has been instrumental in helping Brady cope with his anxiety, which has been intensified due to his absence from the football field during this time of the year. A source revealed,
“The new relationship is going so great for many reasons, but one main reason is that she takes his mind away from the field. He misses the NFL, he misses playing, but he isn’t going back, and thanks to Irina, his attention can be directed towards her. He is using the free time he has to build their relationship into something special. Things are really working out, and he loves how she came into his life just at the right time. It is something that just feels natural, right, and comforting.”
Although Brady has not publicly commented on his relationship with Shayk, it appears that he is in a good place mentally and emotionally.
