Taylor Swift’s second cousin, Danny Frye III, claims to have played a role in initiating the romantic relationship between Swift and Travis Kelce. In a TikTok interview with FloRacing, Frye shared that he made the “love connection” between the two and has attended several Kansas City Chiefs games with Swift.
While Frye didn’t provide detailed insights into their relationship, he mentioned the amusing experience of people trying to identify him and shared a screenshot of him hugging Swift at a Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills on Dec. 10.
Swift’s fans, known as Swifties, speculated whether Frye might be the mysterious “cupid” Kelce mentioned in a previous interview.
In November, Kelce disclosed that Swift was the first to text him after someone set them up. He mentioned having a mutual friend playing “Cupid” and revealing the details of how Swift reached out.
The identity of this matchmaker remains undisclosed, but fans have speculated it could be Swift’s friend Jason Sudeikis, a big Chiefs fan.
Despite the mystery surrounding their matchmaker, Swift and Kelce have openly acknowledged their relationship since confirming it in September. Swift has been actively supporting Kelce at his games, with the latest being the Chiefs’ victory over the Miami Dolphins.
