Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are gearing up for an unforgettable Coachella experience, with plans to support Lana Del Rey at the iconic music festival.
The duo has opted for privacy and exclusivity by choosing to stay at the members-only Madison Club in La Quinta, California, known for its discretion and luxury amenities.
A source revealed to the Daily Mail that the couple seeks a retreat where they can enjoy their time away from the public eye. The Madison Club, renowned for its privacy and top-tier facilities, including a world-class golf course designed by Tom Fazio, day spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center, offers the perfect hideaway for the pair.
They chose the place because it is members only and not easy to get a membership, either, which will keep Average Joe and Jane looky-loos away.
‘They want privacy so The Madison Club is perfect for them, because not just anyone can stay there. They don’t want a ton of eyes on them, they want to be able to let their guard down and be comfortable,’ a source told DailyMail.com.
And there is another reason they chose The Madison Club: Travis can play golf there. ‘He loves to golf in the desert,’ said a source. ‘And The Madison Club is a great place to do just that.’
Notably, celebrities like Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have also sought solace at the Madison Club in the past. With property values ranging between $3 to $10 million and golf memberships starting at a $250,000 initiation fee, the club epitomizes luxury and exclusivity.
Swift and Kelce, both at a pause in their bustling careers, are looking forward to enjoying the music of Lana Del Rey and Bleachers, led by Jack Antonoff, at Coachella. Del Rey, a close associate of Swift’s, and Antonoff, a long-time collaborator, make the festival a can’t-miss event for the couple.
As Swift prepares to release her new album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” and Kelce enjoys the off-season following a Super Bowl win, their Coachella plans mark a leisurely interlude in their professional lives.
Representatives for Swift, Kelce, and the Madison Club have yet to comment on the couple’s festival accommodations.
