During Friday’s NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Las Vegas Raiders, Swift not only interacted with the Arrowhead Stadium staff but also took a moment to brighten the day of a security guard’s wife. Suzie Drew, the wife of Chiefs security guard William, shared her experience in a heartfelt TikTok post later that evening, expressing her gratitude for the unexpected moment with the Grammy-winning superstar.
“Thank you, Taylor!” Suzie gushed in the video’s caption. “We never got the opportunity to make it to the Eras Tour, but this may have been even better. You made our night.”
In her video, Suzie explained that her husband, William, has been working security at Arrowhead Stadium for the Kansas City Chiefs for the past couple of months. Given Taylor’s blossoming relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, Suzie knew that the pop star would likely be attending home games whenever she wasn’t on tour.
“I always told William, ‘If you ever get the opportunity, just say, “My wife says hi,”’ something simple like that,” Suzie said, not really expecting anything more to come of it.

She was seen handing out tips to custodial workers and security personnel, and amidst this act of kindness, Suzie and William found themselves FaceTiming with none other than Taylor Alison Swift herself.
Suzie recounted the surreal experience in her TikTok video. “It just so happened that tonight she was handing out tips to the custodial workers and to the security, and somehow or another, we ended up FaceTiming with the one, the only Taylor Alison Swift,” she said, her excitement evident.
Along with the footage of the FaceTime call, Suzie also shared a “freaking cute” selfie of her husband William, smiling proudly with Taylor visible in the background.
Though Suzie acknowledged that security personnel are expected to remain professional and avoid getting starstruck, she noted that spouses like herself are definitely allowed to fangirl from afar. “Needless to say, we will spend all week fangirling. Probably all year,” she added with a smile.
