It didn’t take much time for Taylor Swift’s fan base to become a part of Chiefs Kingdom.
On a Sunday afternoon, Swift made an appearance at Arrowhead Stadium for the Bears-Chiefs game. She has been romantically linked to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce for a couple of months.
Following the Chiefs’ impressive victory over the Bears, Brittany Mahomes, Patrick Mahomes’ wife, posted a new Instagram update from Arrowhead Stadium.

One of Mahomes’ followers inquired if she had the opportunity to meet Taylor Swift. This single comment ignited a heated debate about who holds sway in Kansas City.
“No…this is Taylor’s city now,” a Swift fan wrote on Mahomes’ post.
Another person responded, “Amen…this is Patrick and Brittany’s town, not Taylor Swift.”
“You mean did Taylor get to meet her? This is Britney’s town! Not a Taylor concert,” a second fan of Mahomes responded.
Certainly, there are reasonable individuals who advocate for showing support to both Mahomes and Swift.
“Why do we as society have to have a narrative where women must be one upping each other,” one person said. “Brittany is beautiful , Taylor is beautiful and queens support queens. This comment section is ridiculous. Brittany you look fabulous and Taylor looked fabulous.”
Hopefully, this drama doesn’t persist for an extended period.
Both Mahomes and Swift can coexist and share the spotlight in the Chiefs’ suite.
