Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have embraced the Italian concept of La Dolce Vita after spending a romantic summer getaway in Italy. The A-list couple, who have been dating for just over a year, are reportedly planning to invest in a luxurious Italian retreat where they can escape once their demanding schedules—the Eras Tour for Swift and the NFL season for Kelce—come to an end.
The Kansas City Chiefs star, 35, and the globally renowned singer, 34, have their sights set on Lake Como, a picturesque and upscale resort area in northern Italy. After their idyllic vacation there this past summer, the couple is said to be considering a permanent property along the scenic shores of the famous lake.
According to reports from the US Sun, the pair have already started exploring potential homes and are eager to return after the NFL season wraps up.
Once the Chiefs’ bid for a historic Super Bowl threepeat concludes, Kelce and Swift are allegedly planning a return trip to Monza in northern Italy for a much-needed vacation and to finalize real estate decisions. It’s rumored that they may purchase a property as early as 2025. “They are very excited about returning to Italy,” a source revealed to US Sun. “They love the area and talk about it often.”
Their love for Lake Como was evident during their previous trip in May, where they enjoyed a series of romantic outings.
The couple took advantage of Swift’s tour break in Europe to steal away for some private time together, including an unforgettable alfresco dinner at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, a five-star luxury resort.
The villa, where the couple dined, reportedly costs $20,000 per night. Swift and Kelce were seen holding hands across the table, locked in deep conversation, as candles surrounded them, adding to the fairytale ambiance.
The following day, they were spotted again, this time soaking up the sun on the water, looking blissfully happy together during a private boat ride across Lake Como’s glimmering waters. Their affectionate displays and relaxed demeanor confirmed just how deeply the pair had fallen for one another—and for Italy itself.
