Joe Mixon is still most likely to be a Cincinnati Bengal next season.
However, a surprise team has emerged as a potential landing spot for the veteran running back.
The Chicago Bears are much in need of a running back with D’onta Foreman and Khalil Herbert spearheading their backfield as of right now.
Bookies.com has listed the Bears at +650 to land Mixon with the Cardinals following at +750.

Here’s what Adam Thompson of Bookies.com has to say,
“For multiple reasons, the Chicago Bears are part of nearly every player odds piece out there. They not only have more cap space than any other team, they also have more needs than just about any other team; hence their “earning” of the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Mixon would be RB1 on a Chicago offense lacking weapons.
Joe Mixon was inked to a four-year deal in 2020 but has some get-outs in place that would allow him to be released this offseason. With Mixon’s checkered past and a potential suspension looming, the Bengals may decide to move on from Mixon.
