Stephen A. Smith, known for his outspoken nature, recently discussed an unconventional topic on his podcast – the attire of actress Vanessa Hudgens.
Hudgens, who rose to fame with High School Musical, has had a diverse acting career ranging from romance to action to true crime, while also being viewed as a sex symbol for many.
Smith’s focus was on a bikini photo of Hudgens that had surfaced on social media.
Smith praised UFC Middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, for quote-tweeting the photo with a reference to Hudgens’ role in “High School Musical” – “We’re all in this together.”
Smith expressed his appreciation for Adesanya’s honest expression of admiration toward Hudgens.
“Israel Adesayna, props to him for the greatest tweet of the day,” Smith began. So Vanessa Hudgens, you know – actress – you know, does good work. I’m a fan of her work. Some people are just a fan of hers. And when you see this photo of her, those of you who are a fan of hers and not just her work, it makes perfect sense, as you can see in that photo. But forget the photo. It’s the tweet that accentuated it in a beautiful way. Israel Adesayna, the defending middleweight champion of the world in the UFC, simply retweeted it and said, quote “We all in this together.” That was a beautiful quote. I got to give it to you. That was a beautiful one. That really, really was.”
As I said…Vanessa Hudgens, big fan! https://t.co/cd3AAjQGMI pic.twitter.com/x6fvWHr7VZ

Moving on, Smith acknowledged Hudgens for her acting talent, mentioning that he is a fan of her work.
He highlighted the fact that some people are not only fans of her acting but also admire her as a person, which is evident when viewing the aforementioned photo.
However, Smith stressed that the power of the tweet was what truly made an impact, appreciating Adesanya’s use of words.
In a disappointing note for many male fans, Hudgens is currently engaged to Cole Tucker, a shortstop for the Colorado Rockies.
Previously, she was in a long-term relationship with Austin Butler.
Last month, it was announced that Hudgens will be starring in the reboot of “Polar,” alongside Hannibal star Mads Mikkelsen.
As for Stephen A. Smith, he seems to have secured his position at ESPN amidst recent layoffs.
His significant contributions to the network’s ratings have seemingly ensured his longevity.
