After being traded to the Houston Texans from the Buffalo Bills, Stefon Diggs bid farewell to his former team and the Bills Mafia via Instagram.
In his message, Diggs expressed profound gratitude and affection for the city of Buffalo, emphasizing the warmth with which he was welcomed during his four years with the Bills organization.
“Four of the best years of my life, the city welcomed me with open arms. I’m forever grateful for you all and the Buffalo Bills organization,” Diggs wrote.

Having joined the Bills in 2020 from the Minnesota Vikings, Diggs made an indelible mark, achieving over 100 catches and 1,000 receiving yards in each of his four Pro Bowl seasons.
During his tenure in Buffalo, Diggs topped the NFL in receptions with 445, securing the fourth-highest receiving yards behind Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, and Davante Adams. His presence significantly contributed to the Bills’ resurgence, as they clinched their first AFC East title since 1995 and boasted a top-five offense each year.
Now, at 30 years old, Diggs looks forward to helping the Houston Texans elevate their game alongside C.J. Stroud, joining forces with Nico Collins and Tank Dell on an explosive Texans offense bolstered by the offseason addition of Joe Mixon.
Despite the disappointment of three consecutive AFC Divisional Round losses, Diggs will cherish the memories created during his time in Buffalo.
“Something special was built over these years with some very special men, that will always have a place in my heart,” Diggs reflected. “Bills Mafia, so many great memories created throughout the years. Those games were crazy because of you. Sadly, good things come to an end.”
