The long-standing partnership between Aaron Rodgers and State Farm Insurance has reportedly come to an end, marking the end of an era.
After 12 years of collaboration, the player and company have decided to part ways, with Rodgers’ final appearance in their commercials occurring in January after this year’s playoffs. Sportico’s Kurt Badenhausen confirmed the news, quoting a State Farm spokesperson who wished Rodgers the best in his future endeavors.
Since 2011, Rodgers had been the face of State Farm in commercials, coinciding with his Super Bowl victory. His signature celebration, the championship belt, was even incorporated into the famous “Discount Double Check” campaign, which will now be retired.
“We wish Aaron the best in his future endeavors,” a State Farm spokesperson said.

The endorsement deal with State Farm was one of the most lucrative in the NFL, estimated at $3 million per year. While Rodgers moves on from State Farm, his counterpart, Patrick Mahomes, who has won two Super Bowls, continues to endorse the company.
In April, Rodgers also experienced another significant career change when the Packers traded him to the Jets. He is set to make his regular-season debut for his new team on September 11 against the Buffalo Bills.
